UPDATED MEET INFORMATION

 


Meet Entries

·        All entries must be completed on  EZMeets.com by Wednesday, April 4, 7 p.m. PST.

·        No entries will be accepted by phone, fax, or day-of-meet.

 

Entry Fees & Payment Procedure

·        Entry fees will be collected in full the day of meet.

·        Individuals (unlimited events): $15

·        Teams (men/women separate): $150/max

·        Please make all checks payable to SFSU Women’s Track and Field.

 

Running Events

·        Please check in 30 minutes prior to race.

·        Athletes that do not check in will be scratched and heats will be consolidated.

·         

 

Throwing Events

·        The TOP 18 entries for each throwing event will be accepted

·        Accepted entries, and a revised time schedule, will be posted on Thursday, April 5.

·        Preliminaries will consist of 3 throws, and the top 9 will advance to a 3 throw final.

·        All implements must be weighed in between 8 a.m. and 12:00 noon.

·        The first legal throw will be measured, then only throws over these minima:

     Men                      Women

Hammer              160’                                        125’

Shot Put               42’                                       35’

Discus Throw     130’                                       120’

Javelin Throw     140’                                        100’

Awards

 

Designated Warm-Up Areas

·        All areas on campus surrounding Cox Stadium are designated warm-up areas.  Athletes are not permitted to warm-up on the infield or track at any time.

 

Headphones/Radios

·        No headphones, radios, or other electronic device  will be permitted in Cox Stadium. 

 

Trainer

·        There will be a certified athletic trainer on site during the entirety of the meet.
