Derek Simper

Escondido, CA/Palomar College

Played the last two seasons at Palomar College…At San Marcos HS, he was a three-time MVP of his team, two-time First Teal All-League, and 2002 Avocado League Player of the Year…Also held records in home runs at San Marcos with 17 career and 11 season, in hits with 45 season, league average .565, runs scored 33 season, and tied CIF consecutive hits record with 11…Planning on majoring in Kinesiology this Fall at SF State.
