Lana Sovereign
Lana escaped the Sacramento area heat with her move to SF State. While a runner at McClatchy High School, she specialized in the 800m dropping her PR from 2:$0 to 2:25 in the spring. After a solid summer of training, Lana is working to be a top-7 runner for the team this fall and has started the season very well proving to be a tough competitor and dedicated runner.
