Braumon Creighton

Braumon Creighton
Braumon is in second stint as an assistant coach at SF State. He coached previsously for the Gators from 2002-04. Creighton was the Head Wrestling Coach at Skyline College in 2004-05 and the Head Coach at San Mateo High School from 2005-07. He currently teaches Physical Education at JLS Middle School in Palo Alto. Prior to SF State, Creighton spent two years (1999-2001) as an assistant coach coach at the University of Nebraska-Omaha. As a wrestler, Creighton capped an outstanding career at Nebraska-Omaha by winning the NCAA Division II National Championships in 1998 and 1999. He was a four-time NCAA All-American and had a career record of 151-27.


A native of Omaha, Neb., Creighton attended Mallard North HS where he won 89 matches in his career and won the Nebraska Class A State Championships as a senior. Creighton has a B.S. degree in Physical Educaqtion from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and currently working on his Master's in Kinesiology at SF State
