Batbileg Bor
A native of Mongolia, Bat (pronounced “Baht”) moved to San Francisco during high school. He began running as a senior on the track team at International Studies Academy and showed a glimpse of his future with a 4:37 1600m personal best. At SF State, Bat has methodically worked toward becoming a top runner in our conference. He has been the #2 man behind All-American Josh Babiak for the past two years. Now he is the leader of this team and has his sights set on an elusive All-Conference award and a run at the best in the region in early November. Putting in the miles this summer while working as an intern at Genentech, Bat is on track to graduate with a degree in Bio-Chemistry in the spring of 2008. 2004 XC: 31st CCAA; 83rd West. 2005 XC: 23rd CCAA; 62nd West. 2006 XC: 28th CCAA; 53rd West.
